Finally Friday

Today I spent time scrapping with Anicka! We took K Werner Friday challenge which meant we needed to use punches to make a design on a card. I wasn't to impressed at first, but once i posted it, I liked it! Its fun stepping out of my comfort zone! Hope you like.....

Kristina Werner is one of my favorite craft bloggers! I anxiously await her Monday and Friday card videos. Last Friday my best buddy Anicka and I decided to make a go of her card. Here is my interpretation. At first I didn't like the card, but after watching the video I tried it and added more details. I hope you like.

Summer..... yes it makes you lazy!

This summer went by way to fast, but I was able to spend some time in my craft room making cards and spending time with family and friends. I was able to take a "Momcation" with my good friend Anicka in July. We traveled to Virginia and North Carolina to visit some crafts stores and buy craft materials! Yeah!!! We ate to much, spent to much, but the time spent together was not to much!!! I miss my buddy! Many of you know she lives in Bermuda and our parents took the kids so we were able to get a much needed "BREAK". I now have a stock pile of cards so I will be uploading and blogging on the regular! Hope you all enjoy!! Please some feedback on my work! This card was made with two people in mind! Both of my best friends live far away (Bermuda & California) but what I love most about them is that when we talk its like we were at each others house the day before! Love you bunches Chilain and Anicka!!!

BLOG DRAMA!!

Well I have not posted in awhile, and when I am just about to add a few of my latest creations I noticed that my blog has been completely stripped of everything! Yep, DRAMA. I have just spent the last hour trying to fix it and make it pleasing to me again! I will post some new pics tomorrow!!!!! Let's keep our fingers crossed everything works!!!

Graduation and Thank U's

This is the season for graduations and any and all kinds of celebrations! This thank card was inspired by the congratulations card below! This card will be kept until it is needed! I love the blue and green!!!

The young lady who babysits for my little darling has graduated from high school.

This card was made especially for MYA!! Thanks for giving us a break from time to time! We wish you luck in college and come see us when your home on break!!! Niyah will surely be waiting at the door for you!!

It's been a while since I have posted due to my busy work schedule and family, but every so often I sneek in my craft room and crank out a card! Here is a card I made for a friend that just finished her Master's degree!

More Mother's Day Cards

I made these two cards for some special ladies who have helped me tremendously in my quest to be a good wife and mother. I wanted to take time to show them how much they really mean to me.
